Orders
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find it under Account → Orders.
Changes are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.
Shipping
Worldwide express takes 5–9 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
No. Prices do not include import duties or taxes. Where your country charges them, they are collected by the carrier on delivery — we declare the full value as legally required.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns from delivery. Email support@lynthara.com for a return authorisation (RAN); items must be unworn and in original packaging. See the policies page.
Open Account → Orders, select the item and choose “Return”. A prepaid label will be emailed to you.
Products
Yes. Every bead is lacquered by hand in 30+ coats and cured in darkness — no two are identical.
Avoid prolonged sunlight and chemicals. Wipe with a soft cloth; the lacquer naturally deepens in colour over time.
