Measure Your Wrist
How to Measure Your Wrist
- Take a strip of paper, a string, or a soft measuring tape.
- Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet — snug, but not tight.
- Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
- That number is your wrist size. Match it to the table below.

Between Sizes or Want a Custom Fit?
Select Custom when ordering and leave your exact wrist measurement in the order note — every LYNTHARA bracelet is strung by hand, so we make it to your wrist at no extra cost. If in doubt, size up: a slightly looser bead bracelet sits more comfortably.
