Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
- For orders under $99, flat-rate standard shipping by region:

Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat $20 to all destinations (free-shipping threshold applies to standard shipping only).
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from Guangzhou, China (picking and packing only, excluding transit time).
- As each piece is hand-finished, occasional delays may occur due to stock availability — you will be notified by email if so.
- No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Chinese public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates above begin from the shipping date, not the order date. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have any questions, contact us at support@lynthara.com.
4. Duties & Fees (DDU)
- Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis: VAT, import duties and/or taxes are not included in order costs.
- The customer is responsible for any local customs charges and duties on arrival.
- We are legally required to declare the full package value and cannot alter it.
- If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs plus any duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred.
- We are preparing IOSS registration for EU customers; once active, EU VAT will be collected at checkout so your parcel clears without extra charges on delivery.
